Introduction: Your (“You” or “Your”) privacy is important to Perspective Partners, LLC (“Us,” “We,” or “Our”). We are committed to protecting Your personal information and being transparent about how it is collected, used, and shared when You access www.perkytech.com, use PERKY® Leave, PERKY® Benefits, and other PERKY® software (collectively, the “Service”). This Privacy Policy describes: (1) the categories of personal information We collect; (2) the purposes for which We use it; (3) with whom We may share it; (4) how long We retain it; and (5) the choices and rights available to You. By using the Service, You acknowledge that You have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms below, you should not access or use the Services.

2. No Collection of Children’s Personal Information.

Our Service is intended for general audiences and commercial use. We do not knowingly collect any personal information directly from individuals under the age of 18. If We discover that We have inadvertently collected personal information from a person under the age of 18, We will promptly delete such information. When personal information is no longer needed, We will delete or de-identify it in a manner designed to protect Your privacy. The Service is intended for U.S. resident only. If you are accessing the Service from a different understand and consent to the processing of your information in the U.S. or any other country where We or Our service providers, agents, or vendors have server rooms. Your information may be transferred outside of Your country.

If You access the Service using a password, You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of that password. If You provide someone else with access to Your password, then they will have the ability to view information about Your account and make changes to Your account through the Service.

Some browsers and browser extensions support the Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) that can send a signal to process your request to opt out from certain types of data processing, including data “sales” as defined under certain laws. When we detect such a signal, we will make reasonable efforts to respect your choices indicated by a GPC setting as required by applicable law.

Nevada provides its residents with a limited right to opt out of certain personal data sales. Residents who wish to exercise their sale opt-out rights may submit a request to this designated address: support@perkytech.com. However, please know we do not currently sell data triggering that statute’s opt-out requirements.

8. Third Party Sites.

If Our Service contains links to or from any other websites, We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such websites. If you have any questions about how these other websites use your information, you should review their policies and contact them directly.

By using the Service, You consent to the collection and use of Your information as described in this Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time.
