Introduction: Your (“You” or “Your”) privacy concerns are important to Perspective Partners, LLC (“US,” “We,” or “Ours”) and protecting Your privacy and safeguarding Your information is one of Our highest goals. You need to know that information is being collected about You through PERKY and/or PERKY BENEFITS (“Service”) and how Your information may be used. In connection with Your use of the Service, You will provide the majority of the information We collect about You. 2. No Collection of Children’s Personal Information.

Our Service is intended for general audiences and commercial use. We do not knowingly collect any personal information directly from individuals under the age of 16. If You access the Service using a password, You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of that password. If You provide someone else with access to Your password, then they will have the ability to view information about Your account and make changes to Your account through the Service.

We may provide Your information to Our service providers, agents, and vendors who need to know such information, and then only to the extent necessary for the purpose of enabling the service provider, agent, or vendor to perform its tasks assigned by Us with regard to Our performance of the Service.

We provide this additional privacy policy notice to California consumers about Our personal information sharing practices regarding the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA).

We operate under the service provider provision of the CCPA for employer contracted services. Personal information is not collected, retained, sold, disclosed, or used for any purpose other than performing the Services contracted by Your employer or those other purposes disclosed herein.

You have the right to request that We disclose certain information to You about Our collection and use of Your personal information over the past 12 months. Once We receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, We will disclose to You:

  • The categories of personal information We collected about You.
  • The categories of sources for the personal information We collected about You.
  • Our business or commercial purpose for collecting that personal information.
  • The categories of third parties with whom We share that personal information.
  • The specific pieces of personal information we collected about You.
  • If We disclosed your personal information for a business purpose, two separate lists disclosing:
    • sales, identifying the personal information categories that each category of recipient purchased; and
    • disclosures for a business purpose, identifying the personal information categories that each category of recipient obtained.

  • Provide sufficient information that allows Us to reasonably verify You are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative; and
  • Describe Your request with sufficient detail that allows Us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.

We cannot respond to Your request or provide You with personal information if we cannot verify Your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to You.
